At Jeevan Home Services, we strive to ensure a transparent and fair refund process for all our customers. Please review the following terms carefully:

 

  1. Cancellation Before Service Completion

If you cancel your booking online before the service professional is assigned or the work has begun, you will receive a full refund.

 

For cancellations made after the service professional is assigned but before work commences, a partial refund may apply (subject to administrative charges).

 

  1. Failed/Double Payments

In case of failed transactions or accidental double charges, the deducted amount will be refunded in full.

 

Bank/card transaction fees (if any) will not be refunded.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed or if the service professional has already arrived at your location.

 

Promotional discounts or offers are non-refundable.

 

  1. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

 

The exact credit timeline depends on your bank/payment provider.

 

  1. Part Cancellations

If you cancel a portion of your booked services, the refund will be prorated accordingly.

 

  1. No Guarantees on Timeliness

While we process refunds promptly, Jeevan Home Services cannot guarantee the exact timing of refunds due to dependencies on banks/payment gateways.
